Step 5: Getting used to your hearing solution

Now that you're all set up, we hope you’re excited about getting started with your new hearing aids! You will find it takes time to get used to hearing the new sounds around you, this is completely normal.
If you need to take it more slowly, you can start by wearing your hearing aid for short periods of time at home, then gradually build up to getting out in noisier situations. Some people feel comfortable wearing their hearing aid all day from day one. If that’s you, that’s great news – go for it!
Our 55 day returns policy gives you plenty of time to see if ready-to-wear hearing solutions are right for you. If you decide to return your solution, email us at hello@myhearing.com.au to start the returns process. Please make sure you email us using the email you used to complete your purchase, and briefly describe the reason for your return. We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions. Please keep the original box your solution came in to send back your product.
